ROCKSUCKER RADIO: Episode 4
Published on August 28th, 2013 | Tom Joseph
It’s a Partridge-packed week on episode 4 of Rocksucker Radio, as Jezz and Seph return with news, news and more news of everyone’s favourite north Norfolk radio personality.
But for those who have no idea what that sentence means…fear not! as there’s some excellent and eclectic music too – Four Tet takes on Syrian techno in his new collaboration with the absurdly prolific Omar Souleyman, and Essex-based beard-wearer and speaker of words Scroobius Pip is back, with compatriot Dan Le Sac taking him in a rather unexpected musical direction.
Not only that, but we’ve got a review of the album that’s making waves right through the shadow cabinet, Drenge by, uh, Drenge.
And not for the first time or the last on this site, Johnny Borrell takes a kicking.
