ROCKSUCKER RADIO: Episode 6
Published on October 11th, 2013 | Tom Joseph
Iiiiiiiiiiit’s Rocksucker Radio: Episode 6, and Jezz and Seph are relieved from their German technology-induced nightmare as Matt returns to the mixing desk.
But like some HBO multi-season story arc, themes from an earlier episode return. The boys finally get round to listening to Arcade Fire following their extended interactive-video-whinge last time out – and in the news, sexism still refuses to shut it.
Chvrches’ album The Bones of What You Believe wasn’t exempt from that sexism, and it also happens to be the subject of this week’s album review.
And Matt brings back our final singer all the way from LA (not literally, like in his hand luggage or something, that would be horrible) – it’s Banks, serving up some Austrian-inflected bass pop.

Until next time, remember to recycle.
